Welcome to Vapour Brewery, Bar, Restaurant & Events (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of our website, mobile apps (if any), and services at our Indiranagar and Sarjapur, Bangalore branches, including dining, beverage, DJ events, and online reservations. By using or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you will abide by these terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Offered

1. Dining & Beverages: Craft beverages, food, and related services are offered at our Indiranagar and Sarjapur locations.
2. Events: DJ nights, live shows, and special events (ticketed or non-ticketed).
3. Online Services: Bookings, event reservations, loyalty schemes, and gift card sales.

3. User Responsibilities

Correct Information: Give accurate information for bookings, orders, and event sign-ups.
Age Restrictions: The sale of alcohol is strictly reserved for customers aged 18+ according to Indian law. ID proof may be necessary.
Conduct: Have decent behavior on our premises. We can refuse service or remove individuals for disruptive behavior.
Prohibited Activities: No unauthorized recording of events, commercial use of our premises, or illegal activities.

4. Reservations, Orders & Payments

1. Reservations: Subject to availability. We may hold tables for up to [15-30 minutes] post-reservation time.
2. Event Tickets: Non-transferable unless stated. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
3. Payments: Accepted via credit/debit cards, UPI, or other methods listed on our platform. Transactions are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
4. Pricing: Menu and event prices may change at any time without notice. Taxes and service charge apply as applicable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

- Reservations: Cancel at least [24 hours] prior to avoid fees.
- Events: Ticketed event refunds are governed by the event’s individual policy (see event details).
- Orders: No food/beverage order refunds once prepared.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All website content, logos, menus, and event brands belong to Vapour. Use without permission is not allowed.

Social Media: We may repost user-generated content (i.e., photos of events that are hashtagged #Vapour) with credit.

7. Disclaimers

1. Service Availability: We are not responsible for occasional downtime due to maintenance, technical glitches, or other unforeseen factors.
2. Third-Party Links: We might link to external websites; we do not own or control the content of external sites.
3. Alcohol Consumption: Drink responsibly. We disclaim responsibility for misuse of alcohol and associated accidents.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data, profit loss).
2. Injuries or losses due to user carelessness, event disturbances, or the actions of a third party.

9. Indemnification

You indemnify us against claims, losses, or expenses due to your violation of these terms or abuse of our services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by Indian law, i.e., the laws of Karnataka.

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. In case of disputes that remain unresolved, they shall be subject to the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
